We have already booked for 43 students and 3 teachers in your hotel from 28th march to 31st march.

We are leaving on the first of April. I’d like to know if it’s possible to get the rooms from 10.00 hrs.

My students will travel by bus and they will be tired and so they can have a rest before sight seeing.

I’m waiting for your replay and I thank you for your help!

Previous Hotel, which had assigned us our agency, (BIRTH City West Hotel and Hotel Aurum) had promised us to meet our request.

Please help us!

In addition, I inform you that we have 43 students including 32 females and 11 males, one of which, however, would stay in the room with the girls.

The accompanying teachers are 3.

Please, Tell us your plan to speed up our accommodation rooms.

If the agency does not have communicated it to you, I return to the restaurant, we have a student celiac (gluten-free food eaten) and a vegetarian student.
